Preliminary Survey on Veterans jointly affected by Musculoskeletal Pain and PTSD

Alò D. Preliminary Survey on Veterans jointly affected by Musculoskeletal Pain and PTSD. Naprapathy Man Med 21st Century. Santa Fe: SUNM Press; 2013. p. 119–32.

Abstract: In this preliminary study we seek to define the effects of Naprapathic treatments on war veterans suffering jointly from musculoskeletal pain and post-traumatic stress disorder. We report the pilot results on a small cohort of veteran patients that show the initial beneficial effects of naprapathy as an alternative medicine method to treat post-traumatic discomfort and pain. With this initial study we hope to establish collaborations and funding opportunities with governmental agencies. Our goal is to continue the treatment of war veterans affected by joint, musculoskeletal pain, and PTSD, as well as to alleviate their pain at the physical and psychological level.
